Happy Halloween!

This is Tori's first Halloween so, of course, I took a million pictures. These are pictures from the whole week. The week started with Audra and Cole having a pumpkin carving contest at our house. They let Tori be the judge...she crawled to Cole's first so he was the winner. Sunday, we had Trunk or Treat at church. Tonight, we went to see Frances and Libby, Trunk or Treat at BHills, then to dinner with my family and the Adams' Family (appropriate for Halloween night).

Golf course

We spent most of the day at the golf course. Bringing an 11 month old to a golf course is not a typical thing to do, but it was a special day. My best friend, Keeley, lost her brother in June. Bryan and about 150 others played in a golf scramble to honor Kyle and raise money for the boys he loved. Keeley and her whole family will always hold a special place in my heart. They are all amazing, loving, and caring Christians and we should all strive to be more like each one of them.

Grammy and Pops' house

Here are a few pictures of Tori playing at Grammy and Pops' house. They have more toys than we do. I think she looks so much older in some of these.

Gentry's farm and JnJ's show

Well I'm back. I haven't posted in forever. We had our first show last week. We had a great time...thanks to everyone that could come!
We went to the pumpkin patch this weekend. It was really fun...Tori will love it even more next year when she can run around everywhere.

Playing Outside

We went to Brent and Amanda this weekend to watch the Arkansas/Alabama game.
Our cheerleaders were a little disappointed that Arkansas lost...maybe next time. Tori's Uncle David taught her the roll tide yell. That will make her Daddy and Uncle D happy.

Hilton Head

We took a trip with Bryan's family to Hilton Head for a week. This was my first time to Hilton Head. It was a really nice place and we had a great time. Tori was great. It helped that she was always swimming, walking on the beach, or just getting lots of attention:) We went to Savannah, GA for the day. We ate at the Paula Deen restaurant...so good!

I made Tori this searsucker outfit the night before we left. I will have to retire it until next year.

Pops bought Tori her first floaties. She really just wanted to eat them, but she will definitely use them next year. Tori loved swimming this trip. She did not want to just sit still in the pool. She loved kicking around!

The sand is so different in Hilton Head. It is great for walking, riding bikes, and we even took the stroller on the beach one day.

Trip to Grandma and Papaw's!

Audra and I took a girls trip to Arkansas to visit Grandma and Papaw this past weekend. My Grandma is having knee replacement surgery today, so say a quick prayer for her. We had a fun time...Tori, of course, provided entertainment all weekend. I also managed to have Grandma help me make another outfit for Tori.

Grandma made Tori this dress. I love it!! I am so grateful and hope that we can pass it down to the next generations of kids!

My Aunt Barbara, Uncle Richard, Emily, and Afton came down to visit, too! It is always good to see them...we just don't get toghether enough.
