Welcome to the world Sam!

Jessie and David had Samuel (Sam) Thomas on September 24th at around 8:15 a.m. He weighed 8 lbs. 5 oz. Yay for nephews!
Everyone loving on the girlies as we all call them.

Looking at Sam through the window. These are really out of order.
D came out to the waiting room to let the family know that baby Sam was here and Jessie and Sam were doing good. Brady congratulated D with a high five!
We went back to the hospital that night with Tori. She loved holding Sam for the first time.

This was our first sighting of Sam. Brady was the first one to greet D. He is still a little obsessed.

Very excited aunt to get my hands on him!

I love this picture of the three of them. Tori still put Jessie to work that night. They played and drawed even though Jessie couldn't feel her fingers at that point. Tori wanted Jessie to take her to the bathroom, but we had to say no.

Off to school we go...

And, we are off. Brady had his first day of preschool and Tori started her 3rd year. That is hard to believe. They both did great. I walked them in today to get a few pictures. There were no tears when I left, so that was a good sign.
Tori starting school at 21 months.
Tori starting school 2009.

Brady's bag was a little too heavy for him. He fell twice within minutes.

Brady with two of his teachers...Ms. Janda and Ms. Jennifer.

Tori and Ms. Leanne. At this point, she was done with me taking pictures and just wanted to play.

New York

Bryan and I took a trip to New York without the kiddos. We did this two years ago, but Bryan was sick most of the trip. This time we both got the stomach bug two days before we left. At least we got it out before the trip this time! We had so much fun. It was really nice to get away, be on our own schedule, and do whatever we wanted to do. We went to the US Open one day, went to see a play, and did some shopping.

Happy Birthday EC!

We missed EC's friend's party because we were sick, but we made it to her family party. Happy 5th birthday Emma Cate!

Labor Day fun

All the Church family (that lives in town) went to Kay and Neal's house for Labor Day.

Macey, Merrill, Brady

Emery, Madison, and Tori.

Tori and Emery. Tori had a sleepover at Emery's house this week. She had a great time. Thanks Emery!

Kay Kay and Tori going down the hill in the wagon. Kay was such a trooper going over and over again with all the kids.

Brady and his best friend D. I'm not sure what's going on with his nose.

Brady would only go down if D went with him, so away they went.
